1KD Hilux +30 Nozzle Kit – Flow-Tested for Precision & Performance
Each nozzle is individually flow-tested on our master injector and measured to within ±2 microns (compared to Denso’s ±10 microns). This ensures smooth, balanced fueling across all cylinders—no rough running, no guesswork.
We also solve a common issue in nozzle upgrades: leaking cap nuts. Our kit includes brand-new Genuine Denso Cap Nuts, precision-machined to prevent leaks.
